Suicide Awareness and Risk Factors:
With recent events that have been extensively covered in the media involving suicide and mass shootings, it is important that we pay close attention to those who struggle with mental illness. It is always a good time to remind yourself of the warning signs and risk factors of suicide. It is important to know and share with those who are struggling that there is help available. Park Hill School District has assembled a list of Mental Health and Healthy Living resources that can be found here. Do not hesitate to reach out to your child’s counselor or the school social worker with questions and concerns.
